Construction Approach
LT Building Corp initially served as Construction Manager and Owner's Representative for LaTerra Development. During construction, when the original general contractor was unable to successfully complete the project due to COVID-related staffing and performance challenges, LT Building Corp stepped into the General Contractor role at the beginning of the framing phase.
The team assumed responsibility for the remaining construction, managing project execution, contractor coordination, quality, schedule, and completion through final owner turnover. This transition allowed LT Building Corp to bring the project through the remaining phases of construction and successfully deliver the completed development.
