The Charlie, West Hollywood is a mixed-use residential development located in the heart of West Hollywood, California. The project features 71 apartment homes and approximately 8,700 square feet of ground-floor retail, creating a boutique urban community along the highly traveled Santa Monica Boulevard corridor.

Designed to complement West Hollywood's vibrant culture and walkable lifestyle, the development features contemporary architecture, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenities, and one of the few rooftop swimming pools constructed on a wood-frame multifamily building in Los Angeles.

Construction Approach

LT Building Corp served as General Contractor for The Charlie, West Hollywood, overseeing all phases of construction from project startup through completion. The team managed project scheduling, quality control, contractor coordination, and construction operations through final completion and owner turnover.

The project required coordination of a mixed-use residential development with below-grade parking, ground-floor retail, multiple landscaped courtyards, and extensive rooftop and resident amenities. A distinctive element of the development was construction of the rooftop swimming pool on the wood-frame multifamily structure, requiring careful coordination while maintaining overall project quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
