Construction Approach

LT Building Corp is serving as General Contractor for the Long Beach Storage redevelopment, overseeing renovation, expansion, and new construction while maintaining uninterrupted operations at the existing self-storage facility.

The project requires carefully phased construction and site logistics to allow customers and employees to continue accessing the existing facility safely while work progresses. LT is coordinating renovation and tenant improvements within the operating facility while simultaneously managing construction of the adjacent six-story climate-controlled storage building. Detailed sequencing, safety planning, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics are being used to minimize disruption and maintain ongoing business operations through project completion.
