Construction Approach

LT Building Corp served as Construction Manager and Owner's Representative for LaTerra Development, providing strategic leadership and oversight throughout critical preconstruction and site development activities.

Acting as the owner's advocate, LT coordinated complex environmental remediation, site preparation, regulatory compliance, and contractor management. The project required remediation of a heavily contaminated site, water quality and environmental permitting, shoring and excavation, and the safe removal of an 80-foot oil pipeline in coordination with Shell and environmental consultants.

LT successfully completed the owner-directed remediation and site preparation work and delivered a fully remediated, pad-ready site for turnover to the third-party general contractor in April 2022.
