Dana Point Storage is a Class A climate-controlled self-storage development located in Dana Point, California. Situated on a 2.28-acre urban infill site, the project replaces an existing RV and boat storage facility with two new three-story self-storage buildings.

Located near Dana Point Harbor, major retail destinations, and surrounding residential communities, the development is positioned to meet growing demand for modern self-storage in one of Southern California's most supply-constrained coastal markets.

Project Highlights

• Managing construction on a constrained, zero-lot-line urban infill site adjacent to the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) corridor and active Amtrak Pacific Surfliner rail line.

• Coordinating closely with rail authorities and implementing detailed safety planning and carefully sequenced construction activities to maintain safe operations throughout construction.

• Managing an approximate $18.3 million construction hard cost while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

• Executing construction within a high barrier-to-entry coastal market where site constraints and surrounding infrastructure require careful logistics and coordination.

• Project duration: December 2025 – Present.
