The development features 228 apartment homes across 38 residential and community buildings, providing thoughtfully designed housing within one of the region's fastest-growing employment markets.

The community includes a resident clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, pet park, and landscaped outdoor gathering spaces, creating a modern residential environment with convenient access to major industrial, logistics, and employment centers throughout the Inland Empire.

Construction Approach

LT Building Corp served as General Contractor for The Charlie, Perris, overseeing construction from project startup through completion. The team managed construction operations, project scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics across the large-scale, multi-building development.

Construction required coordination across 38 individual residential and community buildings, along with extensive site improvements, utilities, landscaping, and resident amenities. LT managed the multiple work fronts and subcontractor activities while maintaining project schedule, quality, and construction objectives through final completion and owner turnover in May 2025.
