As Chief Operating Officer of LT Building Corp., Omar Morales oversees company operations, financial performance, and project execution, working closely with the leadership team to keep the company and its projects moving forward. With more than 17 years of construction experience, Omar brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership and a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver complex projects.

His experience spans multifamily, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use construction, including the management of complex, multimillion-dollar developments. Throughout his career, Omar has built strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams while developing systems and processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and project performance.

Before joining LT Building Corp., Omar led the self-perform division at Wood Partners, where he worked alongside LT Building Corp. founder William Leahy. Their longstanding professional relationship was built on mutual trust, a shared work ethic, and a commitment to quality construction—principles that continue to influence the way they lead LT Building Corp. today.

Originally from Colombia, Omar believes successful construction starts with people. He values open communication, strong relationships, and creating an environment where team members have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Omar enjoys golf, tennis, spending time outdoors, and traveling with his fiancée. Whether he’s working with a project team or competing on the golf course, he appreciates a challenge and is always looking for ways to learn, improve, and get better at what he does.
