Michelle Leahy serves as Director of Marketing & Communications for LT Building Corp., where she leads the company’s marketing, branding, communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the leadership team, she helps tell the story of LT Building Corp. while strengthening the relationships and culture that are at the heart of the company.

With nearly 30 years of professional experience spanning hospitality, property management, marketing, homebuilding, multifamily housing, and mortgage lending, Michelle brings a diverse background and a career-long focus on people and relationships to her role at LT Building Corp. She enjoys finding creative ways to bring people together, celebrate the accomplishments of others, and create meaningful experiences for employees, clients, and business partners.

What Michelle enjoys most about construction is being part of something that lasts. She finds it rewarding to work alongside the talented people who turn ideas and plans into places where families live, businesses grow, and communities thrive.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, riding her horses, and being outdoors whenever she can. She also loves finding thoughtful ways to encourage others and believes even the smallest gesture can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
