With nearly five decades in the construction industry, Glenn Miller brings extensive field experience and a lifelong passion for building to his role as Director of Construction at LT Building Corp. Since joining the company in 2018, he has provided leadership and oversight across construction operations, helping guide projects and teams through the complexities of construction.

Glenn’s expertise is rooted in multifamily construction, where he has led projects ranging from luxury apartment communities to large podium and wrap developments. After 47 years in construction, what he enjoys most about his role today is being able to share his experience in an industry he loves.

Among the many projects throughout his career, Glenn is especially proud of being part of the team that expanded the Channel Islands Harbor marina and surrounding community. More recently, the Perris development stands out as a favorite LT Building Corp. project, where coordinating multiple power transformers made the project both challenging and rewarding.

What Glenn appreciates most about LT Building Corp. is its family atmosphere and lack of politics. He values being part of a company where experienced professionals are trusted to share their perspectives and describes the LT culture as “exciting, adventurous, and fun.”

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys saltwater fishing, listening to live music with good friends, and spending time with his adult children and new grandbaby. His children are what he is most proud of outside of his career.

One of the more remarkable chapters of Glenn’s life took place in Hawaii, where he was an accomplished surfer in his younger years and surfed the legendary Banzai Pipeline. It remains a point of pride—and an impressive accomplishment that may surprise even those who know him well.

His favorite piece of advice is simple: “Always give respect first, then you will get respect back.”
