With more than 33 years of experience in construction and project management, David DeThomas brings extensive experience coordinating complex projects from preconstruction through completion. As Construction Manager at LT Building Corp., his background includes project coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and field operations.

Construction has been part of David’s life from an early age. Growing up in a family with multiple generations in the industry sparked an early interest in building and ultimately inspired his career in construction.

David enjoys working alongside skilled professionals and navigating the challenges that come with each project. He believes strong communication and teamwork are essential to keeping projects moving and delivering work that everyone involved can be proud of.

What David appreciates most about LT Building Corp. is the leadership and the people. He values being part of a supportive team where experienced professionals take pride in their work, share knowledge, and work together toward a common goal.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, taking cruises, and making memories with close friends. A self-described homebody at heart, his favorite time is often simply spent with the people who matter most to him.

One thing that often surprises people is that David was once a professional water skier and even helped develop one of the first wakeboards—an experience he remains proud of today.
