With more than 16 years of construction experience, Christopher Perez brings strong field leadership and a hands-on approach to his role as Lead Superintendent at LT Building Corp. Since joining the company in 2022, he has led field operations, coordinated subcontractors, managed project schedules, and helped maintain high standards for safety and quality.

Inspired by his father, Christopher followed in his footsteps into construction and has worked his way up through the industry to the leadership position he holds today. With particular expertise in concrete construction, he enjoys leading crews, setting clear expectations, and guiding the workflow to keep projects moving forward.

One of Christopher’s favorite projects was the 7617 Santa Monica Boulevard development, where the size of the project made it especially memorable. More recently, LT Building Corp.’s self-storage developments have presented new challenges and reinforced the importance of maintaining schedule while learning the demands of a different type of construction.

What Christopher appreciates most about LT Building Corp. is the communication and the trust leadership places in him. He describes the company’s culture as friendly, communicative, and respectful.

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children play sports, and working on cars—a passion he has had since he was 14 and now shares with his son. His family is what he is most proud of outside of his career.

One thing that often surprises people is that Christopher played semi-professional soccer. His favorite piece of advice is simple: “Always be honest.”
